Ms. Niramon Direkmahamongkol, Managing Director of LIV-24 Co., Ltd., revealed that LIV-24 is entering its sixth year with strong growth from continuously developed smart technology solutions. She noted that the business direction aligns with the demand from operators looking to implement new technologies and innovations to drive growth in response to rapid changes and competitive challenges in today's era. As a result, LIV-24 has consistently experienced significant growth each year, with last year's revenue primarily coming from residential projects (such as houses and condominiums) and industrial sectors (such as factories and warehouses). Trusted clients include BGC, Bangkok Aviation Fuel Services (BAFS), Krung Thai Bank, Toyota Khon Kaen, Asset Five, Pre Built, and Samakorn, among others.

The most well-received solution last year was AI CCTV Analytics, an intelligent anomaly detection system that combines AI technology with human expertise. If the system detects any anomalies on-site, it reports to the Command Centre in real-time, with experts monitoring 24/7. This model helps prevent incidents before they occur, allowing for rapid incident resolution, averaging 5 minutes, with zero cases of life-threatening or property damage, aligning with LIV-24's concept of 'With Us, No Danger.'

Next is the Visitor Management System (VMS), which simplifies and enhances security for access control with an LPR (License Plate Recognition) system that can verify and recognize vehicle license plates, along with a pre-registration system for efficient traffic management. Additionally, parking fees can be paid through the Line application, a first in Thailand, making it widely accessible and helping to reduce system costs by up to 40%.

Key Strategies of LIV-24 for 2024

Ms. Niramon outlined three main strategies to propel LIV-24 beyond its limits and towards its goals for 2024:

1. Focus on expanding services to the industrial sector. After collaborating with the Ministry of Industry, IEAT, and the Thai Industrial Council last year to introduce Industrial Tech for the first time in Thailand, this year we will broaden our customer base in the industrial sector and continue developing intelligent solutions tailored for industries, such as fire prevention systems, smart cameras, machinery management systems, transportation systems, and energy and wastewater management. These features enhance efficiency, reduce downtime from damages, improve safety, lower energy costs, and help reduce carbon emissions to the community, achieving an overall cost reduction of up to 20% for sustainable growth in the future.

2. Strengthen services with premium Smart Tech solutions by ensuring high-quality and certified hardware and software installations under the brand “LIV-24 Nexus” to meet the needs of luxury residential clients and premium office buildings, which continue to grow in the real estate market.

3. Aim to expand new businesses, such as the Smart Parking System, an intelligent parking lot management system developed to serve parking lot owners and landowners who can utilize vacant land for parking business. By using LIV-24's solutions to set up and manage traffic in the area, along with efficient parking management technology, including license plate scanning and various features that enhance convenience, reduce operational complexity, and maximize revenue from vacant land.
